分享一个根据 Typescript 文件自动生成 fastify 框架的 json schema 的工具，也可以用于其他任何 JSON schema 序列化的场景
目的是利用现有的资源（开发过程编写的 Typescript 文件），在编译和开发阶段尽可能提高运行时性能，同时这个过程并没有额外的开发负担。
