取消了 webview 的联网权限,调用的 app 还能联网吗?

比如微信调用了 webview, 但是我取消了 webveiw 的联网权限,可以是系统取消联网权限,也可以是直接 app 去了联网权限, 那 webveiw 还能正常获取吗? 还是说只用 webview 进行渲染?
