没有mbstring系列函数，没有用的欲望...

@vibbow 自带的扩展确实太少了，还不让自己上传，sdk里面可以用的服务好像也不全

@ixiaohei 得用Google Cloud SQL，绑定信用卡才能开，读写费用大概和datastore差不多

限制太多了，连Sqlite都不支持，除了那个要钱的数据库外，没地方保存数据的

看起来还是微软比较厚道，Azure的免费PHP空间，就是一个标准的虚拟主机（还是香港不限速的，支持SSL。可惜不能绑定域名，还限流量，一个月5G，平均分配到每一天）

只禁用了这些函数：
eval,exec,passthrough,popen,pclose,proc_close,proc_open,proc_terminate,shell_exec,system
