status bar 是隐藏的，在这块区域中只有当 PanGesture 结束离开手指离开屏幕的时候，处理 PanGesture 的 @selector 会立马按顺序响应 UIGestureRecognizerStateBegan 和 UIGestureRecognizerStateEnded，但是不响应 UIGestureRecognizerStateChanged。

只有这块区域是这种情况，其他区域都会正常响应。

@zhigang1992 应该是，但是只有在 iOS7 中这样，iOS6 就正常。
