Chrome 有办法调用微软 edge 类似的朗读系统吗？

    如题，人到中年看到字多的东西就头疼，最近读论文时候发现 edge 的朗读挺好用的，AI 读一遍，配合思考速度正好。

    Chrome 里似乎没有类似的右键朗读的功能，有什么插件之类的方式能实现吗？
