AltStore 怎样才能侧加载 AppStore 里面的 ipa 文件？

账号是美区的，有些应用只有国区有。从爱思助手下载了 ipa ，用 AltStore 加载时提示: "you don't have permmission"。GitHub 上有人说是因为 AppStore 里面的应用都是加密过的，所以不能直接安装。那是不是只有砸壳了才能安装呢？

@usbusbc 找了个国区账号，用 Apple Configurator 2 解决问题了。
