收到苹果客服的电话，说 m2 macbook air 存在质量问题，可以选择更换（上门回收然后重新给我发一台新的），问具体什么问题也没说，网上也没有查到相关资料，有大佬知道是怎么回事么？
还是说我遇到骗子了？
