旧手机一百多 G 的相册想完整备份到 PC 上，又想随时能通双向增量备份，爱思助手的备份貌似是把视频和照片分开提取的

Windows 11 最新的 Insiders 版本中更新了照片 App ，可以关联 iCloud 相册（需要打开相关功能开关），我还没用，可以研究一下
