有么有什么命令和软件能持续连接 ip 的其中一个端口，windows 系统的，我用 telnet 好像不会持续连接，过一段时间就断了，并且如果断了会自动再次连上，

用 java 随便写个 netty 连接 ip ，在加个 schedule 定时检查连接就行了，随便用其他语言也能实现
