阿里云源 pull 下来的 Docker image 架构不正确

我 arm64 的机器 pull 的镜像都是 amd64 的 image 。

排查了半天发现是阿里云源的问题，换成别的源问题才解决了。

阿里云镜像貌似也有跟上游不同步的问题
