chatGPT 访问不了，自建美国 VPS 还是不行。然后在 VPS 上部署 https://github.com/P3TERX/warp.sh 解决。我在 warp 后发现出口 IP 变了，有大佬知道这个啥原理吗？

就是套了 warp 啊，warp 也是一个代理。
