突然发现同一个域名，走 h2 和 h3 协议，解析结果不一样？

而且我还发现，修改系统 hosts 文件后，仍有部分请求走了公网的解析？

Alt-Svc 头以及 DNS SVCB/HTTPS 记录都可以带 IP 地址的。
