Surge 在使用的时候，终端偶发性的不能解析域名

具体表现为 ping baidu.com 没反应 ping: cannot resolve baidu.com: Unknown host
直接 ping ip 是正常的。
这就导致所有的 git 拉代码推代码都不能正常工作了。

破案了，原来是我开着 Tailscale ，退了立马好了；
