订阅 POE.com 后，在 setting 中发现有 StableDiffusionXL ，一个月可用 3000 次，免费用户 100 次。

刚好自己的 Midjourney 会员到期就没有续费了，

StableDiffusionXL 是什么？好用么？有懂的朋友介绍一下么？
