买了个搬瓦工的 cn2 gia 但是 rsync 速度不对劲

    是这样的，我这边打算顺便挂个站点，但是我 rsync 过去的时候贼慢贼慢，我同步到其他 vps 都是很快的。很奇怪，不知道是不是搬瓦工有特别限定或者设置？
