从我的经验来说，清明梦的视觉清晰度是比普通梦要差的。在我的几次清明梦实践中，维持清明状态消耗了大量精力，额外的视觉刺激很容易导致清明梦失败弹回肉身。所以我之前在练习的时候在梦里都是闭上眼睛，只靠触觉感受梦境。
