复刻了当年的 Google Reader ，当年还没有短视频，只要有个 rss 阅读器就可以知道互联网上的一切更新。
现在完全不一样了
小红书，抖音，微信视频号把所有人划进了私域。
如果现在想抓取抖音或者小红书的热搜榜，你需要申请开发者权限，才能拿到 api 。
这些 rss 阅读器已经做不到了，
而且不可能要求每个人都去申请一个开发者账号。
如果大佬们有更好的方法，请告诉我。

做了 mac 和 win 端，mac 端没问题了，测试过了。但是我没有 win x64-64 和 win arm 编译环境。
