上家领导就是这样的，工作任务都是二次确认，话术是：“你是说 XXXXX ，对吧”，日常就很正常，涉及任务内容都的重复，我曾经一度认为他认为我说的不合理。
撇开亲戚这层关系，走正式的合同。谈合作之前，先考量下别人期望的是你什么能力，而不是本身想不想要这个机会，如果有把握再去考虑这个能力可以怎么合作，比如说这份能力可以给他提供咨询意见、或者参与管理、或者做他的运营商之类的，不同选择就需要你不同的时间、不同报价了。
