@yuecheng320 有老人在做，没给我们方向让我们自己摸索；除了设计类岗位，其余的前端后端算法产品运营都参与；我是觉得学习一下新技能也可以，只是如果以报告价值来淘汰人就太魔幻了，毕竟本身岗位也不是数据分析。
