显卡至少要 4060 了，可以看看华硕天选系列或者联想拯救者系列的 4060 笔记本，看你喜欢 intel 还是 amd 的 cpu 了，后者便宜一点，不过初始基本都是 16G 内存，支持扩展到 32G
