精装修的意义是抬高价格，自己装一万两万就能下来的东西，开发商敢标五万八万，而且质量也没多大保障
另，从保交楼开始，就不要指望房子的质量了，都泥菩萨过河自身难保了，能封顶就算成功，保障质量不现实。
