@testboy codex 我觉得可以很容易支持，但是客户端会困难一点，平台太多了，客户端的启动机制各不相同

@teaguexiao 现在支持项目级别/Session 级别设置模式，可以在第一次被 Block 之后，选择在这个 session 里一直 Warn 模式到结束，就不再弹框了。

@teaguexiao 可以设置阈值，低于阈值不会弹框，超过阈值可以弹框也可以只提示，不弹框
