我上海电信也遇到过这问题，IPTV 直播播放 5 秒就卡住不动了，切时移正常。家里线路检测也正常，叫装维上门修，每周都来捣鼓网络，搞了 1 个多月没搞成。后来说让家里光猫平台从 SDN 平台割接换成华为的 ITMS 平台之后就好了。这事情反正就是很麻烦，多投诉吧
