运维出身，只能给的建议是，
1. 提高 python 的开发水平
2. 尽量学习前端知识
基本上述这两点到达了， 即使没有自动化运维工具，自己也可根据线上环境开发出来， 当然至于是否开发就看你们的实际情况了。

这个应该是跟 ftp 原理有关，并且你如果只是一个虚拟机，就没有公网 IP 的话，就不行，或者申请阿里云独享 IP 的服务，应该就可以了
