最近也开始有选择性的限速 5mbps ，speedtest 跑联通服务器能慢速上传，阿里云 ecs 能满速上传。但其他路径都限速了
比如轻量云或者公司电信网络访问它就变成 5mbps 了，也有些网络能到 10mbps 也是被限制的，mac 远程桌面共享基本不可用，网络环境越来越差了☹️

用 mosdns 就是希望用一个自定义较小化的 gfwlist 域名白名单，而不是!cn cidr 这种黑名单，看个人选择吧
