去年从北京转上海来了
1.户口，上海高新企业两年可落户，如果不是就需要交 5 到 7 年社保走居转户；
2.车，上海的车可以直接摇号拍，比北京摇号等好几年都摇不到好多了，新能源车可直接上沪牌；
3.薪资，两边都差不多
综上：北京到老也留不下来，如果在京只是挣钱以后回老家还行，想留在一线城市扎根，那必须是上海
