龙岗平湖的华南西苑，离市中心略远,零几年的老小区了，2300 可租 2 室 45 平的小复式（我是找的中介），,卧室空间小而简陋，停车 300/月负一层停车场，新能源车位没留意，貌似是没有充电桩的
