客观点说，2个亿的项目对于部级单位来说，这点钱的确不多。但是也客观的说，做成那个鬼样子太不值了，现在最流氓的官就是“脱了裤子就干你，提了裤子就抓你”的作风。

个人觉得，你如果真想系统学，还是要看specification，哪里面对于盒模型、视觉模型等讲的非常详细，这样看楼上各位提的那些内容应该理解更深入，也更容易举一反三。
