原来的 2015 mbp ，先是鼓包，赶上电池召回，19 年到官方店换了，还未满一整年又鼓了，淘宝买了块电池自己换上，后来电脑送人了。
正常上班办公室插电用，未用限制充电功能（老系统当时无内置该功能）。
现在用的 m1 max ，使用了 battery 限制充电到 80%，当前循环 145 ，电池健康 85%，尚未看到鼓包迹象。
鼓包网上说法主要集中在高温，限制充电 80% 主要影响健康度
