同样遇到过，把微软拼音输入法退回到旧版之前解决了（设置-时间和语言-语言和区域-中文简体-语言选项-微软拼音-键盘选项-常规-兼容性），但是不太好用，目前也是靠重启程序、切换英语输入法临时解决
