比如我用 Astra 做开发计划，写完计划以后我让他开个 subagent 来做评审对抗拷打。subagent 里那个 Astra 就会从反方向拷打这份计划，对于问题点就会提出来要求主进程解释或者修改。你来回多干几次，等他们互相同意了，方案也就差不多干净了。
