@Icarus2016 #1 马来酸氯苯那敏等一系列的抗敏药确实是有相关副作用
日本那边免税店有中助眠药主成分是盐酸苯海拉明，也是一种过敏药，效果更明显

@qiuhang #6 长期失眠患者，正在使用达利雷生，之前在吃曲唑酮。
达利雷生最近吃了一个多月，感觉经常做梦，睡眠质量有提升，但服药后有存在鬼压床、心悸现象
曲唑酮吃了几年，效果可以，但也有副作用，口渴是最明显的
