校招、实习，这块我不了解。而且阿里的校招和实习要求很高，人数也很少，比较难。

感觉你这个简历不好啊，你是学生，就突出你学校时候的事情啊，让别人看到你的潜力。比如在校的比赛，奖学金，英语等级，在实验室的项目，论文之类的。你课外做的一些项目写一个就够了，写详细一点。
