不想打击你的兴趣，但是就找工作而言，完全没用。我自己字节三进三出了，我觉得有用的只有学历和实习和项目经历，开源这块的技术提升是为自己的追求做的，不是为了现实世界找工作用的。这个只是我自己的经历，每个人也都会不一样，多听听其他的看法。

@closedevice crew 就是 team 吧，就是类似 sub Agent 的概念，但是这个工具可以支持多厂商模型互相创建 sub agent 进行合作，我一般主要使用的是 codex 写代码，claude 来 review 这个 crew 。这个会一直循环到 reviewer 的 agent 查不出来有任何问题。
