首先不要想着在大公司能得到提高，核心业务是不会让你负责的，想要提高的话还是得靠自学；其次对自己的心态影响很大，可能是我心态的问题，总觉得低人一等，自我怀疑。最后福利什么的就不要和内部比较了。
