@jiaoyidongxi WD-40 官方解释一直是 Water Displacement, 40th formula/40th try ，意思接近“水分置换配方，第 40 次尝试成功”，并不是所谓的“替代水洗清洁剂第 40 代”。
2024 年的官方 SDS 对经典 WD-40 Multi-Use Product 的用途写得非常明确：
Product Use: Lubricant, Penetrant, Drives Out Moisture and Protects Surfaces from Corrosion
也就是：润滑剂、渗透剂、排除水分、防腐蚀，只是不能替代专业的除锈剂和润滑剂
