想了解一下 Linode是按小时收费，那是不是我不用的时候，把我的VPS停掉，他就停止计费了？
另外，如果是这个月流量用超的话，是直接被断网，还是月底结算用信用卡充值，不充值，下个月停机？
还是直接扣信用卡账单？

停掉不算，因为还占硬盘。必需删除节点。
