我想了下，如果是我自己的话，可能会希望给我自己所需的信息，而不是平铺。平铺要解决的是聚合的问题，目前就像你说的，已经有很多同类产品。如果继续平铺的话，建议像摸鱼网靠近，提高首页的信息密度。如果是类信息流，能让用户点踩和点喜欢，然后更新推流矩阵，可能能做出差异化。

历史和趋势，我猜你想做事件驱动和归因，那么应该这些内容你已经有一些打标了。复用起来也会直接方便。

目前加载速度在能接受范围内。

在职很难搞自媒体吧，大部分厂子都有约束。当然如果不和主业相关问题不会特别大，但上级也会担心投入度不够。综上，建议继续优化自媒体。
