1. 前段时间网络原因，经常切换 IP 地址；
2. 短时间高强度使用在 Hermes Agent 使用 Codex ，超过限额。

OpenAI 解释了为何会收到警告，有几个原因：
1. 内容违规
2. 试图绕过安全系统
3. API 或者平台的滥用

自查不存在前两点问题，第三点这有可能是因为我前段时间重度使用 Hermes Agent 导致的。
