运维这个岗位的发展路径就是一点点往上爬，做到总监层。开发岗还可能自己创业，做独立开发者，运维比较难。
建议往业务上多了解，比如 erp ，生产系统等。单纯关注数据中心，桌面运维，发展会很受限。
