https://www.nodeseek.com/post-341725-1
Vertification
Request for Assistance with Account Registration
Dear Hetzner Support,
I have already provided my passport during the registration process, but I still received a message stating that you have decided to deactivate my account due to some concerns regarding the information.
Could you please help me understand why this happened? If you require any additional identification or documentation, I am more than willing to provide it.
I sincerely hope you can assist me with this issue.
Thank you very much.
Best regards
Dear Hetzner Support Team,
Thank you for your help. I have completed the verification using my Chinese passport and facial recognition through the link you provided. Could you please confirm whether I have successfully passed the verification and if I am now able to purchase Hetzner's services?
Thank you.
选择account，other issue
https://hetzner.cloud/?ref=tKuopBZRSSxG.
Dear Hetzner Support Team,
I recently registered for a Hetzner Cloud account using the referral link https://hetzner.cloud/?ref=tKuopBZRSSxG. My account was successfully created, and I have just purchased an ARM-based cloud server.
However, I noticed that the €20 referral signup credit does not appear in my account under https://console.hetzner.cloud/usage.
Could you please kindly check and let me know if it’s possible to apply the €20 referral credit to my account balance?
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,
